I’m slowly getting back on track. Sadly it’s been a few weeks since I’ve made a menu and grocery shopped. It’s really difficult to make dinner when those things don’t happen! Here’s my plan for this week.
Monday - Lentil Tacos
Tuesday – Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
Wednesday – Stir Fry Veggies and Chicken
Thursday – Spaghetti
Friday – Dale’s Strognaff (Fix it Forget it)
Saturday – Breakfast for Dinner
Sunday – Easter – My Mama Cooks!
