Chocolate Friday – 3,2,1

My friend Tracy shared one serving items recently on her blog and I was intrigued by them all.
I made the single serving Chocolate Chip Cookie {delicious}, pictured below with my phone.

Next I made the above pictured 3-2-1 cake. It is so good! I love how easy it is to make, but that I can store it so that it is ready any time I need a little something.
I like it the way below best… with a little chocolate whip cream.

Thanks for sharing Tracy! Still have a few others to try!
Aunt Betty’s 3-2-1 Cake (from Lori)
Ingredients:
1 box Angel Food cake mix
1 box any flavor cake mixDirections:
Using a large plastic bowl with a tightly fitting lid or a large zip lock bag, combine the two boxes of cake mix stirring or shaking well. For each individual serving, take out 3 TBsp. of the cake mixture and mix it with 2 TBsp. of water in a mug. Microwave on high for 1 minute. You now have your own instant individual cake and it is warm and inviting. You can top with a dollop of fruit or whipped topping if you like.
Try various flavors of cake mix but it must always be combined with an Angel Food mix.
Keep the mix tightly sealed in an airtight container until used and remember: This recipe is called “3-2-1 Cake” because all you need to remember is 3 T.mix, 2 T. water, and 1 minute in the microwave.

Yep! The 3-2-1 is my fave too!
So easy and so yummy!
P.S. I SEE you in the spoon!
