Chocolate Friday - Oreo Bark

This week I wanted to involve the girls in my baking.  Coming off vacation with constant friends/cousins to play with they were having trouble not being bored.

The only thing I did was melt the chocolate for them.  They had fun, worked well together, and enjoyed sharing their dessert with Daddy!

Oreo Bark

• 16 Oreos, coarsely chopped {we used chocolate creme filled}
• 1 1/2 cups mini pretzel sticks
• 1/3 dried cranberries
• 12 oz. chocolate, melted

Break up Oreos and mix with other ingredients in a bowl.  Pour melted chocolate into bowl and stir until covered.  Spread on a wax paper covered cookie sheet.  Chill until hardened.  Break apart and store in air tight container {we had to keep it in the fridge since our house is not cool enough}.
