I have to tell you about this shot. Mr. J got an expander in almost two weeks ago. For those of you unfamiliar with this appliance, it is to widen his palette on top to allow for room to move the teeth into correct place. I have to “turn” it twice a day for a month and it causes just pressure for a few moments to him. The “goal” is to cause a gap between the front two teeth. Let’s just say that it works REALLY well and we won’t be seeing a tooth filled smile from him for quite some time. But with those eyes, I think he’ll do OK.

Poor thing. I didn’t have that, but I have braces and they hurt every month! I can’t imagine. UGH! Hopefully it’s worth it and his smile comes back!
I had braces too but not that. The gap is big enough for a quarter! We are going on friday they tell us to stop turning it!
He has awesome eyes!
